Moving forward into the second half for weather events, and the large amount of games that may be cancelled depending on the day, travelling teams that are cancelling for weather need to contact the coach of the other team to cancel games, and notify their association contact with the game # so it can be sent to me and updated on the website.

We do not want to see a blanket email sent out from a coach hoping that it might get to the other team that they are not coming to a game.

We need confirmed contact from team to team
